Your quotation at Dionysus

edit

Hello! I noticed that you recently added a quotation to the page Dionysus, which you have attributed to Euripides's Bacchae. I would greatly appreciate it if you would please add the exact line numbers that are quoted as well as the name of the translator whose edition you used. I tried to find those lines in my copy of The Baccahe, but, after briefly skimming through the pages, I was unable to find them. I found several identical quotations to the one you added on the internet, but none of them specify the line numbers or the translator. --Katolophyromai (talk) 16:02, 4 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Katolophyromai and Fabianzzz: Please see my comments here. Paul August 11:48, 30 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Dionysus in comparative mythology

edit

The article Dionysus in comparative mythology has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

States the obvious. Lacks support.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. reddogsix (talk) 15:26, 20 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Dionysus

edit

Please, just bear with me for a time -- I'm in the middle of editing the article. Thanks. Haploidavey (talk) 01:54, 19 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Or at least I was. The article's very disorganised, not reader-friendly. If you disagree, perhaps we should discus at the talk page; though I'll not be doing anything drastic for the next 12 hours or so, the time here being 2.00 a.m. Haploidavey (talk) 02:02, 19 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dionysus-Osiris, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Histories (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
