Speedy deletion nomination of Dionisis Christofilogiannis

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dionisis Christofilogiannis requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Hi, you can sign your comments automatically using four tildes ~~~~. I deleted your article because

  • You did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. (organizations and companies) (music) It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted.
  • The "Statement" section seemed to be an unsourced review, difficult to see any verifiable encyclopaedic facts, just unverifiable opinions

Speedy deletion nomination of Syrian Refugees Welcome

edit

Hello Dio2nd,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Syrian Refugees Welcome for deletion, because it's too short to identify the subject of the article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Hama Dryad (talk · contribs · email) 14:20, 5 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Dionisis Christofilogiannis

edit

You seem to have been through Wikipedia repeatedly attempting to promote Dionisis Christofilogiannis. As the article you created was deleted, it should have been an indication that Christofilogiannis is not notable. Adding various works by a non-notable artist to various articles, creating an article about the same artist (spread out over half a decade), along with the intriguing user name seems to indicate that you are not here to build an encyclopedia, but rather to promote a non-notable artist -- quite possibly you. I wouldn't be surprised if there is an earlier username that was blocked. Let's see what I can find. - SummerPhDv2.0 21:56, 13 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Well, on the image pages, you claim a photo of the artist's work and a video clip by the artist as yur own work. Clearly you have a conflict of interest here and should exercise great care with any editing about you. Given that you are not notable (the article was deleted three times), that should start with you not adding your name, works or anything about yourself to articles. - SummerPhDv2.0 22:05, 13 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
It seems the account Darfilms is yours as well. While there are a few cases where it is acceptable for one user to have two accounts, it is certainly the exception, rather than the rule.
If both of the accounts (and any others) are yours, I would strongly suggest that you explain the situation on the talk page now. Assuming there isn't an acceptable reason for you to have more than one account, we can then block the other account(s), leaving one account.
If, OTOH, you do not explain the situation and we can determine that you have been using more than one account, you would likely face additional sanctions. Please see WP:SOCK for more information. Thanks. - SummerPhDv2.0 22:34, 13 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
I see you have read the discussion above.[1] A brief explanation on the two talk pages, explaining why you started more than one account will resolve the issue. Blanking pages and refusing to discuss the issue may give the impression that you are trying to hide something. - SummerPhDv2.0 15:03, 14 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
