It makes many verifiable and sourced statements about the entry of the UK into the EU, but then also makes many biased and unsupported statements about the alleged bad-faith nature of those 1970s negotiations. The draft violates Wikipedia's verifiability and neutrality guidelines, and really has no place within Wikipedia.
