editHello, I see you have started an AFC submission on young miss boulocek. Allow me to make a few suggestions that may help you to have a more successful effort.
- I think it is likely that the subject does meet the criteria for an article in wikipedia, but the article must be written to meet wikipedia standards.
- In particular, everything must be sourced directly to a reliable source (newspaper, magazine, etc)
- Use Help:Footnotes citations to help identify which sources are used to backup which statements.
- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a marketing brochure. The style of some of the article you have written sounds like an advertisement, not an encyclopedia. The tone needs to come way down, almost clinical. There is way too much use of WP:PEACOCK words.
- You may be better served by writing a minimal WP:STUB article first, to get the article created, and then expand it slowly with well sourced content.
- Be careful, it is somewhat clear that you have a Conflict of Interest with the subject. While that does not mean you cannot edit the article about here, Wikipedia does frown on WP:Autobiography articles, and your actions will be subject to additional scrutiny due to the conflict of interest.
Here is an article I wrote, of another child musician which you may want to use as a template. Joshua_Coyne, note in particular that it is focusing on facts, rather than various opinions and statements that have been made about the subject.

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The article Eylül Esme Bölücek has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Almost unsourced enough for a BLPPROD, if someone wants to change to that go ahead. Otherwise, no sources at all, PROD per unsourced and potentially non-notable.
