Shay Wize moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Shay Wize, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. – NJD-DE (talk) 20:53, 23 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

July 2022 edit

Hello Dark Angel23490. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Dark Angel23490. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Dark Angel23490|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. – NJD-DE (talk) 20:54, 23 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

H, I didn't got paid for it. I just like his music. I also wrote his wiki page in Hebrew, and wanted to translate to English.
About reliable, independent sources I placed a couple of the biggest newspaper in Israel... It's my first time I created a value in English Wikipedia, so I really don't know if it's enough to place those newspapers as sources.
But they have millions of readers every month. Dark Angel23490 (talk) 21:21, 23 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Also, I take it as a compliment that you think I should get paid =) Dark Angel23490 (talk) 21:33, 23 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I checked the links you sent, thank you.
But it says. "Information on Wikipedia must be verifiable; if no reliable, independent sources", and it is.
Haaretz & Maariv (newspaper) are ones of the biggest and Influential Newspapers in Israel.
Also The Jerusalem Post is Considered a reliable and large source of information.
In this case it's an artist with high percentage of listeners over 600k views on Youtube, and over 300k on Spotify, and reached top 50 chart on Shazam.
And he released an album that was sold out in Israel.
He has a Wiki page in Hebrew under the name - שי וואייז
I just translated it. There are artists that have value in English wiki that have much less coverage. Here are some:
Joni Fuller, Sun Tailor , Maya Isacowitz and many many more.
So if you could review it again - It will be the world for me 'casue I think it does because I do believe that he is entitled to the value in Wiki by Wikipedia conditions Dark Angel23490 (talk) 14:53, 26 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
