Speedy deletion nomination of Samad mir

A tag has been placed on Samad mir, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. A request has been filed for the title of Samad mir requesting that it be added to the title blacklist. This has been done because the article appears to be a recreation, under a different title, of an article which is itself currently protected against recreation. Please note that titles used to circumvent the protection policy are often given the same level of protection as the original title the author is trying to circumvent, or are added to the title blacklist.
