I see you seem to be having some trouble with this article submission. Multiple times it has been declined and you have pasted the entire content of the atricle back in at the bottom, with a new AfC template in the middle of teh page. Instead of doing that, please make the requested changes to the existing text and then follow the instructions at the top of the page on how to resubmit.
