I watch your page, I saw that person. He should know better, from his talk page I see that he or she has been told a number of times to discuss changes before he does them, and to explain what and why he's doing it. Funny how some editors who don't have jobs think nobody else does and can spend all their time fixing their expected vandalism. Maybe good editors eventually get complacent. Reality trumps WP:NPOV but also I noted that more information is better than less when said information is wolly legitimate and easily referenced with citations. Denial of reality is why the world has most of its problems, and we should not permit some Wikipedia editors to shit on articles just because they refuse to accept reality. Dead man's switch

Hi. You undid my edit on the Dead man's switch page for being "obvious vandalism", which makes me think you didn't actually read it. I added a link to the grip safety section of the Safety (firearms) page, because a grip safety is a very similar device to a dead man's switch: if you release it, the gun won't work anymore in much the same way as a dead man's switch turns off an engine or other machinery when it's released. I commented on this and asked the editor to read the extant article. Deadman switch has nothing to do with firearm safety, the extant article is about safety devices which come in to effect when an operator is inattentive, or when an operator died at the switch. Honest mistake? I added the link because I felt the concept of the two is similar enough to warrant a link between the pages. If it isn't, then please explain how most of the other "See also" links on that page are relevant to dead man's switches: a hand brake isn't a safety device to stop a vehicle in an emergency, a watchdog timer is not related to operator inattention, etc. Whereas a grip safety fulfills pretty much the same function as a deadman's switch and in the same manner to boot: stopping a device and/or preventing it from activating if the operator lets go of it, thereby preventing accidents.
