Proposed deletion of Harisankara babu

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Harisankara babu. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Nanodance (talk) 09:43, 10 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, instead of writing it yourself, as you did at Harisankara babu. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. Nanodance (talk) 09:44, 10 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue removing Biographies of Living Persons prods without addressing the issue, as you did with Harisankara babu, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Nanodance (talk) 10:11, 10 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove Biographies of Living Persons prods without addressing the issue, as you did with Harisankara babu, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Nanodance (talk) 10:20, 10 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not write an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
