Non-free rationale for File:Oppai Slider2L.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Oppai Slider2L.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Des Blood 4 is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

Welcome! edit

Hi Cs california/Archive 2006-2009, and a warm welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you have enjoyed editing as much as I did so far and decide to stay. Unfamiliar with the features and workings of Wikipedia? Don't fret! Here's some good links for your reference and that'll get you started in no time!

Most Wikipedians would prefer to just work on articles of their own interest. But if you have some free time to spare, here are some open tasks that you may want to help out :

  • RC Patrol - Keeping a lookout for vandalism.
  • Cleanup - Help make unreadable articles readable.
  • Requests - Wanted on Wikipedia, but hasn't been created.
  • Merge - Combining duplicate articles into one.
  • Wikiprojects - So many to join, so many to choose from...Take your pick!

Oh yes, don't forget to sign when you write on talk pages, simply type four tildes, like this: ~~~~. This will automatically add your name and the time after your comments. You also might want to consider visiting Wikipedia:New user log and introducing yourself. And finally, if you have any questions or doubts, don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page or simply place {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will drop by to help out. Once again, welcome! =)

Note edit

Please don't blank your talk page; among other things, it can look like you're trying to conceal warnings you've been given. Also, it's not a good idea to remove the AfD tags from articles. PROD tags, yes, but AfD tags, no. DS 14:08, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi Cs california edit

Hi, thank you for your message on my talk page! Please add any gameguide articles to my gamecruft to be deleted page, which is at User:Proto/gc. I think many of the pages you suggested are already on this list. I can't delete every game guide article in one go, and am working my way through them systematically. Thanks for pointing out these articles. Regards, Proto///type 18:44, 7 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Civility edit

It is important to keep a cool head, especially when responding to comments against you or your edits. Personal attacks and disruptive comments only escalate a situation; please keep calm and remember that action can be taken against other parties if necessary. Attacking another user back can only satisfy trolls or anger contributors and leads to general bad feeling. Please try to remain civil with your comments. Thanks! Wickethewok 20:35, 7 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from calling editors names such as "stupid hipocrate" [sic]. It doesn't help your case and is expressly against Wikipedia's policy. Wickethewok 20:35, 7 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

C&CRA navigational box edit

Hello! I've just started an article called Technology of the Allies (Red Alert series) and I intend to expand into Soviet and Yuri factions as well (with some help from the community, of course) so in the end we'll have something like the technology series of C&C (as seen in {{Command & Conquer}} box). I was hoping that you could add a similar "Technology" title to your C&CRA box and mention the related articles there. Please drop me a line either here or at my talk page. Take care --Xasf 12:01, 19 July 2006 (GMT+3)

Please don't mess up with user subpages edit

Thank you for experimenting with the page User:Proto/gc on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Wickethewok 01:28, 21 July 2006 (UTC) Reply

Please don't mess with pages in the user space unless given permission by the user or by a consesus ruling. Thanks. Wickethewok 01:28, 21 July 2006 (UTC) Reply

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to User:Proto/gc. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Wickethewok 01:34, 21 July 2006 (UTC) Reply

The same standards apply for user subpages as userpages. Any edits such as those you are making are considered vandalism. Wickethewok 01:36, 21 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Image tagging for Image:Arc at legion of honor.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Arc at legion of honor.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

On image description page it says "Image released by author for wikipedia only for informational purposes." This implies to me that use is allowed only on Wikipedia and is not freely licensed. Also the image use policy states "user-created images may not be watermarked, distorted, have any credits in the image itself or anything else that would hamper their free use, unless, of course, the image is intended to demonstrate watermarking, distortion etc. and is used in the related article. All photo credit should be in a summary on the image description page."

Fair use rationale for Image:Pokeball.JPG edit

  This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Pokeball.JPG. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. When you use a generic fair use tag such as {{fair use}} or {{fair use in|article name}}, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Welcome edit

Hi, Cs california, and welcome to WikiProject
San Francisco Bay Area
!

We are a growing community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to identifying, categorizing, and improving articles relevant to the Bay Area. Here are some points that may be helpful:

  • Our main aim is to help improve Bay Area-related articles, so if people ask for help with an article, please try your hardest to help them if you are able.
  • Most important discussions take place on the project's main discussion page. It is highly recommended that you watchlist it.
  • The project has several ongoing and developing activities, such as article quality assessment, which you are welcome to participate.
  • Our system for improving lower-quality articles is Jumpaclass. If you'll be editing stub, start, or B-class articles, consider using Jumpaclass to track your progress.
  • If you have another language besides English, please consider adding yourself to our translation section, to help us improve our foreign Bay Area topics.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask on the talk page, and we will be happy to help you.

Again, welcome! We hope you enjoy working on this project.

Copyright violation in SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Tactical Strike edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Tactical Strike, by Kablammo, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Tactical Strike is unquestionably copyright infringement, and no assertion of permission has been made.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Tactical Strike, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Tactical Strike itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 17:44, 29 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hello. I did not delete the piece, but I did nominate it for deletion. An administrator then deleted it. I am not an administrator and could not have taken, nor can I revert, that action. The article itself undoubtedly violated copyright; I understand that was not from your actions but from the actions of later editor(s). When I first saw the piece it read like an advertisement, and I added the advert template to it. I did a search for some of the language, which showed that all or virtually all of the text was taken verbatim from another website, which is copyrighted. As Wikipedia does not allow the reproduction of copyrighted material without formal proof of permission, I tagged the article with the copyvio template. After the piece was tagged I went back into the history and found the user who added the text. I then notified that user.[1] The article was deleted because of the copyright violation. There are suggestions above on what to do; if you recreate it you may want to put it on your watchlist to make sure later edits do not run afoul of copyright or other policies. From your message I suspect what happened is that you created an infobox, but no text; a later editor added the text which triggered the copyright violation. I am sorry that your work got caught up in that. Perhaps some short text by you would make it less likely that a later editor would see an article with just an infobox and supply text by cutting and pasting it from another website. Kablammo 08:33, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
I re-reviewed the deleted version and http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP/Games/SOCOM_U_S_Navy_SEALs_Tactical_Strike and it most certainly was a copyright violation. Ocatecir Talk 08:35, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Non-free use disputed for Image:BattleraperII.jpg edit

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:47, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Capraper logo.gif edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Capraper logo.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:16, 2 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Nonsense of A-ga edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on A-ga, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because A-ga provides no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate A-ga itself. chimera edit

Hi, you might see that I've changed my vote on the Chimera (Resistance: Fall of Man) AfD. What's your take now? It does seem to be the only solution in light of the need for at least some info on the Chimera and Wikipedia:Merging_and_moving_pages#Merging which says: "Merging — regardless of the amount of information kept — should always leave a redirect or, in some cases, a disambiguation page in place. This is often needed to allow proper attribution through the edit history for the page the merged text came from. Superfluous redirects do not harm anything, and can be helpful in finding articles, e.g. from alternative names." Thanks for listening. GDallimore (Talk) 10:24, 2 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use Image:Ed jew.jpg edit

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Ed jew.jpg. I noticed the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if not used in an article), per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —dgiestc 22:34, 21 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Request for comment edit

Hi. I'm Phillip Reese, a reporter with the Sacramento Bee. I'm writing a story -- using Wikiscanner -- about state workers who edit web pages about their departments or bosses. One edit I am writing about deals with state Senator Leland Yee. On June 5, 2006, you wrote, "It is alleged that on December 19, 1992 Leland Yee was caught shoplifting a bottle of suntan lotion in Hawaii. In 1993 the case was later closed without prejudice." This paragraph was later deleted by someone with an IP address that belongs to a computer in the legislature. When I called Mr. Yee's office to ask about this change, their response was that someone from their political opponent's office clearly made the change, so they were justified in correcting it. So, my questions: Are you associated with Mike Nevin, Mr. Yee's opponent in the last election? Also, would you like to respond to the Yee office's claim? My email address is preese@sacbee.com. My phone number is 916.321.1137. I am on deadline so would need to talk with you within the next two days. I am posting this Oct. 10 at 1 pm. Best, Phillip. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Phillipreese (talkcontribs) 20:23, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Unspecified source for Image:Lelandyee_Speaker_pro_tem.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Lelandyee_Speaker_pro_tem.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 06:45, 2 November 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- RG2 06:45, 2 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Nod Black hand logo.JPG) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Nod Black hand logo.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Sfpuc logo.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Sfpuc logo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 21:50, 5 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orchids wiki edit

Hello Cygnis insignis

I would like to invite you to join Orchids Wiki on wikia dedicated on documenting orchid genres, species and hybrids. If you have any questions please contact me --Cs california (talk) 11:00, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the invite, but what has it got that here has not? cygnis insignis 11:04, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
If there is copyrighted material, I am probably not interested. I can be tempted with tea and cakes. Thanks anyway, cygnis insignis 11:27, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry, I'm extremely interested in botany but my knowledge about orchids is quite limited. Actually you can read almost everything I know from the Orchidaeae article, so I can't be very helpful and I also have very little time at present. What's the difference between this wiki and Wikipedia? Thanks for your invitation, anyway. Aelwyn (talk) 12:23, 1 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for answering, but I'm very sorry I have to admit I have no specific knowledge about orchids and no time to join this other project. Anyway if you need, say, 'scientific' information about the topic (possibly which may eventually find their way into Wikipedia), please feel free to contact me on my user page, I will be glad to give a hand, as long as I can. Thank you once again. Aelwyn (talk) 10:04, 4 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:C&C Red Alert Retaliation.PNG edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:C&C Red Alert Retaliation.PNG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use.

Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Project FMF (talk) 01:45, 25 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

China Sunergy edit

Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article China Sunergy, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Orphaned non-free media (Image:BR2 Elferris2xx.JPG) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:BR2 Elferris2xx.JPG.

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Oxanna kristos.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading Image:Oxanna kristos.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 14:41, 8 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Image copyright problem with Image:Artificial girl.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Artificial girl.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Proposed deletion of Des Blood VR edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Des Blood VR, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. --Farix (Talk) 02:31, 22 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Image source problem with Image:Dan whitesf.jpg edit

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Dan whitesf.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:11, 10 November 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Bkell (talk) 15:11, 10 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for attending to this issue. However, there still is no source information for Image:Dan whitesf.jpg. Where did this image come from? Who was the photographer? What organization (if any) was the photographer working for? Let me know if you need help or have any questions. —Bkell (talk) 13:45, 11 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Image permission problem with Image:Supervisor Peskin SF CA.jpg edit

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Supervisor Peskin SF CA.jpg, which you've sourced to http://www.ci.sf.ca.us/site/bdsupvrs_index.asp?id=4637. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the image (or other media file) agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the GFDL or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the image to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the image has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the image's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Images lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 00:48, 24 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for File:Rapelay.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Rapelay.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Geniac (talk) 01:41, 7 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
