Thank you for uploading File:WP_Caribbiean_Logo.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

editA large portion of your article contains material which is linked to this footnote: "Blackman, Dr. Francis., (July 2010). Related by his son Medicine Physician and MD." This appears to be based on oral history or word-of-mouth information. Unless a transcript of this information is published somewhere, such a reference is totally unacceptable as the citation for a majority of the material in an article such as this. It is not considered to be a reliable source, mainly because we have no way of verifying its veracity or even in existence — we only have your say-so, which is wholly insufficient. This article needs more references to material that we can investigate for ourselves to assure that Blackman meets Wikipedia's notability standards. Please note official website, records of sport events or individual player records are consider primary source and not independent source, and social network source such as facebook, twitter, instagram, imbd and etc are considered NOT reliable source and can not be used for citing. Independent reliable source are sources are those obtain from major newspaper, such as The Guardian, Sydney Morning Herald, CNN news and etc. or source obtain from major publisher of the work (for example, Random House or Cambridge University Press). (Note: Wikipedia can NOT be the source - see WP:CIRCULAR).

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
