Image without license edit

Unspecified source/license for File:Lucy-Hale-Road-Between-Album-Cover-Art.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Lucy-Hale-Road-Between-Album-Cover-Art.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 02:13, 28 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for September 21 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Taylor Swift, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Love Story. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

September 2014 edit

Please refrain from changing genres without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. 183.171.174.140 (talk) 01:22, 24 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

October 2014 edit

Please do not simply add bare URLs. These are lazy references and subject to linkrot. Templates such as {{cite web}} and {{cite news}} should be used. 183.171.172.27 (talk) 06:38, 2 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for October 13 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Montevallo (album), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Pop. Fishing for genres edit

I removed a bunch of your work at X (Ed Sheeran album) because the sources failed to verify the genres that you stated. An album review must describe the overall genre of the album for that genre to be in the infobox. Please don't just pick and choose words from the review, turning "acoustic guitar" into an overall genre of acoustic, or a "soulful" description into a soul genre. And the genre of an album should not be a composite of all the song genres, taken from various song reviews—it must be an overall description of the album. Unsourced genre edit

I'm sure you didn't mean to put a template in Bad Blood (Taylor Swift song), but that genre is unsourced anyway, just letting you know. -- Joseph Prasad (talk) 22:50, 11 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

November 2015 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at Red (Taylor Swift album), you may be blocked from editing. Dan56 (talk) 15:36, 7 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add flatlists to the infobox, as you did at Red (Taylor Swift album). The template guidelines say to delineate genres (and the like) with commas (Template:Infobox album#Genre). Furthermore, delineating words with bullet points is jarring and unattractive. Dan56 (talk) 15:49, 7 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. December 2015 edit

Please refrain from making controversial changes that have already been discussed on the article's talk page, as you did at Red (Taylor Swift album), without first establishing consensus on the talk page. Your edits appear to have gone against established consensus and have been reverted. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 17:28, 20 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

December 2016 edit

Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Edward Alden. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks!
