License tagging for Image:Asin fairever6.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Asin fairever6.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

I have added a suitable tag. Benzee 16:09, 30 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Dubbed films

edit

Hi. I noticed you made an article for Uyire, and copied my version made for Dil Se onto it. We tend not to make articles for dubbed versions of films. So for example, Salangai Oli doesn't need a separate article. You can just say on Saagara Sangamam's page that the film was released in Tamil as Salangai Oli. Happy editing. :)Cookie90 18:48, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, I wasn't aware thank you :) Benzee 15:39, 3 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Copying

edit

Please don't copy and paste from other websites. Copyright violations are illegal, even from IMDb. Please go back to the times when you have done this and remove that text. CanadianCaesar Et tu, Brute? 20:26, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

You are now being investigated for indulging in sock puppetry. Anwar saadat 18:44, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Untagged Images

edit

In case my talk page gets ruined. I have corrected all of them and deleted them. User: Zora has been notified of User: Anwar saadat's unneeded copyright tagging of my images I had uploaded. This is just a message for the wanderers where all my messages had gone. :) Happy editing to all. Benzee 18:06, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Many of the image tags you added were innaccurate, as several are obviously NOT movie posters or screenshots. Please be more careful when tagging images in the future. --InShaneee 15:48, 9 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Blocked

edit

{{Unblock| This is a separate computer owned by [[User:Benzee]], I do not know why my computer has been tracked down as [[User:Naan Kadavul]]'s. He is my workmate and has a separate computer in the office. I request unblockage! please! Cheers :)}}

Benzee 16:22, 10 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Well I don't respond well to demands, so I guess you just request. The user name you give for the blocked user doesn't exist, so I can't trace the source of the block to look into it. It is quite likely that your work use some sort of proxy server so to wikipedia all computers using that server will "look" the same. --pgk(talk) 16:40, 10 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Benzee 17:03, 10 May 2006 (UTC) Please!Reply

Quite a coincidence that you work in the same office. I notice your post to WP:AN/I where you deny being a sockpuppet but don't mention knowing him. I also notice you edit similar articles and edits like this one [1] where you turn up a few seconds later. --pgk(talk) 17:52, 10 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for replying :), If you see in your evidence, I have reverted vandalism caused by that user. :). And I didn't know that he had a username before thats why I said I had no clue. :). Please think again, look at my useful edits (over 500!) and unblock me! I want to add a few articles tonight. Thanks. Cheers. Benzee 18:30, 10 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Can you please explain why you had remove all the wikilinks to the movie articles. Thanks, Ganeshk (talk) 18:43, 13 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, but I removed all those links because they were faulty and wrongly spelled but I added other links that were correct. Thanks for asking :) Happy editing. Benzee 09:26, 14 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Red links are not faulty. They help new articles to get created. Next time you see red links, please leave be or create the respective article. Thanks, Ganeshk (talk) 15:25, 14 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

I ave reverted your changes to

I changed it back because they in the industry are not known by the name Saravanan, Joseph and John. It has been changed and now they are completely referred to their title names. Unlike the name Thala (Ajith), these are real names but Thala is a title. Please reply. Happy editing :) Benzee 11:02, 14 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

I have reverted these back. Please see Wikipedia:Naming conventions (people) for the applicable practice - we do not use nicknames or stage names as Wikipedia article titles unless the real name is unknown. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 12:31, 14 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
