Your recent editing history at God Seed shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. — Richard BB 12:36, 22 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Blindead

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Blindead requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. JMHamo (talk) 17:03, 29 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

edit

It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you should have followed the guidelines for contesting the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion and appeared inside the speedy deletion notice. This allows you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. While I was in the process of declining the deletion nomination, due to the presence of citations that indicate significance, please understand that continued removal of speedy deletion tags is considered disruptive and may result in a block or suspension of your editing privileges. If you have questions, please feel free to drop me a line. Thank you. Cindy(talk) 17:22, 29 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Evangelion (album), without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Hello. Please refrain from making band member changes, as you did to Vader (band), without providing a rationale or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Edit War

edit

Hello Im jeffrd10 I can see that you are in a dispute with TheSickBehemoth and Are currently warring. I would like to remind you of the three revert rule and to remind you not to do more than 3 reverts in 24 hours or I will report you. I also see no attempt at conceses so please instead of warring try to reach consensus on the article's talk page. Thank You.--Jeffrd10 (talk) 16:49, 5 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Behemoth

edit

As jeffrd10 pointed out, we should try to resolve the matter on the Behemoth page rather than edit warring. I'll initiate this. First off, you keep deleting "death metal" from Behemoth's genre section. Behemoth has been death metal since Demigod up until present day. It should therefore say "blackened death metal", "death metal", and "black metal". Second, you are not using WP:ACCESS in the members section. And thirdly, the members section that you keep reverting to is too messy and has too many subcategories. Keep it at "current members", "former members", and "live members". You are free to disagree with me in any of these matters, just please reply here before you revert again. I want to get this resolved. TheSickBehemoth (talk) 17:40, 5 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

I also noticed you keep revering the genre on Pandemonic Incantations. This was a period of the band where they were transitioning to death metal. I am willing to compromise with you to have the genre be "black metal" and "blackened death metal". Let me know what you think. TheSickBehemoth (talk) 17:42, 5 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
If you keep reverting without discussing it first, you will be reported. TheSickBehemoth (talk) 17:52, 6 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Behemoth band members

edit

Hello. I'd like to resolve the Behemoth band member section with you, and I am willing to compromise. Here's how I think it should look:

Note: I am using WP:ACCESS for each member section. Tell me what you think of this. And also, the genre should be death metal, black metal, and blackened death metal, but you keep deleting the 'Blackened death metal", which is incorrect. PLEASE RESPOND. TheSickBehemoth (talk) 21:09, 16 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi there, when you said "fine by me", were you replying to this? I am asking because you replied in the Vader section. TheSickBehemoth (talk) 22:18, 16 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
Okay man, just making sure. Thanks for replying and making a compromise with me. I see that you make numerous good edits and I didn't want to edit war again. TheSickBehemoth (talk) 22:25, 16 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion

edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. Andrzejbanas (talk) 18:20, 17 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 10 days for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Emperor discography. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  Bbb23 (talk) 18:48, 17 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Improper addition of categories

edit

Hi. Please do not add categories that do not apply to the article in question. No evidence is given on the Dark Tranquillity article that they were ever signed to Metal Mind Productions. Adding them to such a category is incorrect. The same goes with the labels on Decapitated (band), no evidence the band has been signed to any labels besides Earache and Nuclear Blast (additionally, labels are given in chronological order in the infobox per Template:Infobox musical artist). If they were signed to that label (and by signed, I mean signed, not that the label released an album by the band), then please provide a reliable source confirming this, along with a sentence in the article itself. Additionally, if your edit is reverted, do not continue to make it without discussion or addressing the reason it was reverted. Start a discussion either with the editor who reverted you, or even better, start a discussion on the article's talk page. Thank you. MrMoustacheMM (talk) 04:48, 10 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Michał Łysejko in Decapitated

edit

Hello. I have noticed on December 24, 2013, you added Michał Łysejko as a live member in the Decapitated (band) article. Today, they announced he was the new drummer, and that he has been with the band since January, however. Do you have any reliable sources that state he was a live member before January 2014? I am just curious, as I want the article to be as accurate as possible. Thank you! TheSickBehemoth (talk) 15:08, 13 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
