Yes i understand ... he comes with his own story books not even known even to mention only Olaf Caroe and Sher Muhammad Gandapur should have been enough they all have pointed in concealed or explicit manner as tajik tribe that got pashtunized. I have given him the genetic data also and what Afghan intellectuals at Kabul now think about them. They were indeed rulers in Swat but overthrown because they were from dehqan race of tajiks. Seems like this friend wants to keep his former royal status and become a Pashtun more than Pashtuns thrmselves. Something not possible. Azmarai76 (talk) 09:04, 15 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Austronesier. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Pashtuns, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Austronesier (talk) 06:34, 28 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

December 2020 edit

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Mirza Masroor Ahmad. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Majavah (talk!) 11:15, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

I am familiar with Wikipedia standard but seems like putting a dubious tag at some statement in the article is a problem. Leave Wikipedia alone atleast. Azmarai76 (talk) 11:19, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Take it to the talk page. Majavah (talk!) 11:20, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring at Mirza Masroor Ahmad edit

Hello Azmarai76. You've been warned for edit warring on this article. See the result of a complaint about you at the edit warring noticeboard. The next time you add another 'dubious' tag to the article, or place it in a maintenance category, without getting prior consensus on the talk page in your favor, you are risking a block. See WP:CALIPH for why this article has become a target, and try to avoid making the problem any worse. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 19:26, 16 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Swati tribe edit

@Azmarai76: While you're right about warning User:Huzaifa Swati for abusive language, I now see ultra-nationalistic behaviour in your editing too especially with regards to Swatis. You know I agreed with your editing when it was based on sources to add their origin and even then there were behavioural issues which I gave a pass. I request you don't show battleground mentality while you edit here or I couldn't differentiate between you and these editors. Please watch out in this regard. Thanks!

As to that article, I left it last year after getting it protected but I still believe the neutral lede which was somewhat agreed back then should be added to it which will be followed by sources to both Pashtun and Tajik claims. But for this I think we need to start a new discussion and get more broader views in line with Wikipedia policy. Going to do something in this regard in coming week. USaamo (t@lk) 11:29, 12 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

I suggest to leave it the way it is and keep it locked. Else more and more will come get it in bad shape even more. Regards Azmarai76 (talk) 09:08, 14 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

June 2023 edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page Draft:Swati tribe has an edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. Thank you. Hey man im josh (talk) 12:28, 5 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Neutral point of view edit

Thank you for leaving a message on my talk page. I have no prior knowledge of the topic Swati tribe, but am concerned that you do not appear to be editing from a WP:Neutral point of view. I can see that you removed statements that you disagreed with even though they had citations.

Please only remove citations if they are not from WP:reliable sources. If multiple reliable sources present conflicting conclusions or complementary information, then both points of view should be presented on Wikipedia. – Fayenatic London 11:47, 28 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Sorry but I have very Nuetral point of view on this Dards are Indo Aryans while other than once reference noone has ever mentioned Dehgans as Dards. The modern genetic studies are there to back my assertion.

A suggestion edit

Going through your objections over Swati article, I've a suggestion for you. The Swatis of 16th century were Dardic, but present Swatis probably identify themselves with Pashtuns. So I think you can create a separate article for present Swatis (who live in Cis-Hazara, as you stated) as oppose to the older Dardic Swatis (who lived in Swat). That would solve the issue. Hope you'd agree. Sutyarashi (talk) 04:20, 29 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Dards were never called Swatis as in their times the area was called Udhiyana I hope you would really read in between the lines and not get into edit wars with others like Gibri Sultan and Huzaifa as I see it.
Azmarai76 (talk) 04:25, 29 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
I would suggest we carry on this discussion where we are already discussing.
