Reliable sources

Hi, as you can see, I've moved your four articles into the draft space, and declined a draft at AfC. You cannot cite a spreadsheet uploaded into Gitlab as a source, because it is neither published nor reliable (by which I mean, it can contain correct information, but we don't know that, because anyone can write anything they want on a spreadsheet and upload it somewhere). Before publishing, we need to make sure that the article is well supported with reliable sources.

Also, until you gain more experience of article creation, I would suggest that you submit your drafts to pre-publication review via the AfC process, rather than publishing directly into the main article space yourself. Thanks, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:37, 28 May 2023 (UTC)

I Understand your concern, however the data was generated as part of this study and linked within it :The global biomass of wild mammals | PNAS If I was to cite the paper by the Proceedings of the Academy of Science instead of the Gitlab document that contains the numbers, would that be suitable?
