Thanks for reviewing the article! This is NOT an award given only to Kyoto Animation products and franchises. It's a competition in which any creator can participate, submit their works to the competition. After careful review from the studio's committee, a select number of them are awarded and will be given the chance to 'become' part of the studio's future franchise. See [1]. The importance of the award has been partly indirectly demonstrated by the existence of a corresponding Japanese wikipage and a Chinese wiki page. ja: 京都アニメーション大賞. Furthermore, media coverage of the award, particularly on ANN and Crunchyroll has been wide spreading and influential. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
