UTC vs IST

Hi Amogh, I do not know how to change the timestamp from UTC. My guess is that Wikipedians would prefer all timestamps to be in the same system, so they have not provided it as an option. However, it may be possible, I just don't know. If it is important to you, you may always edit your time by hand, although again, someone may object if they feel it is important that everyone use UTC.
