Notability

We don't do "up and coming". The criterion for having a Wikipedia article is notability, which is not a matter of opinion but must be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have other people, independent of the subject, thought it important or significant enough to write about? That applies to non-profit organizations as much as to commercial ones, bands, people, or any subject. See WP:Your first article for more advice. JohnCD (talk) 10:53, 13 December 2010 (UTC)

I think Wikipedia should have an article on the IASA. However, you have twice created an article which doesn't come close to meeting Wikipedia guidelines. There has been a request to permanently bar creation of an article with that title. I'd prefer not to take that step, as I think a good article can be written. Please refrain from attempting to recreate this article in mainspace. If you think you can put together a decent article, please start in a user subpage. Read what I wrote about notability two paragraphs up. That's why your articles are getting deleted. Read those, then if you think you can show (not just claim) notability for Sertinos, reply below here and I will undelete the article into your user space where you can work on it.
