Hello thanks for replying to my decline. The Kendall Vertes article was deleted a lot of times in the past as can be seen in the deletion log . Because of that an administrator forbid the creation of the article ('create protect') meaning that non administrators can't create the Kendall Vertes article and non administrators (like myself) can't accept a Kendall Vertes draft. I would have to request from an admin to unprotect it so I could accept your draft . However, since the protection against creating Kendall Vertes articles (or accepting Kendall Vertes drafts) was made in 2017, i am weary that the draft you submitted is different from the previous articles on her that were deleted. I am not an admin so I can't view those deleted articles to compare with your draft. I suggest you resubmit the draft and then go to the AFC Draft help desk and ask an administrator AFC reviewer to review your draft since they can see if the draft shows more notability than the articles of Kendall that were deleted in the past.
