Further explanation: I have blocked this account which has repeatedly tried to create an article on the founder of Afrika boyz records (Isaiah Omoniyi Oluwatobiloba=Icepondis). So this username is itself promotional, and thus not acceptable per WP:USERNAME and WP:NOTPROMO. You are lucky that you have not been permanently blocked from editing, but further attempts to use Wikipedia for self-promotion will be met with stricter editing restrictions, I'm afraid.
