You are welcome to edit anonymously; however, creating an account is free and has several benefits (for example, the ability to create pages, upload media and edit without one's IP address being visible to the public).

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Bahraini cuisine, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you.   Hello, I'm Ifnord. I noticed that you recently removed content from Flag of Cyprus without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.   Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Mamma Mia, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 21:49, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

removal of discussion from article talk page edit

You are definitely allowed to remove a completed discussion from your own user talk page. You may not remove a discussion from an article talk page (at least, not without gaining consensus first, which requires its own discussion). Your counterparty has already (correctly) reverted your removal at Talk:Kyrgyzstan. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 21:52, 2 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Talk:Kyrgyzstan shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 22:20, 2 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Telescope edit

I strongly object to your changes, have opened a discussion on the talk-page, yet you persist in re-adding stuff you know someone else objects to. That is not the way we do things around here. Please discuss your proposed changes on the talk-page and gain consensus. Thanks. Kleuske (talk) 15:15, 7 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • Kleuske, two reverts later I agree with you. IP editor, I have reverted other of your changes too, for various reasons--mostly the writing, but also the lack of edit summaries, the bare URLs, etc. Drmies (talk) 15:19, 7 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has an edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. Thank you. ― Tartan357 Talk 10:56, 8 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.
