Speedy deletion nomination of Marissa Jay White-Quarles

I've removed the speedy tag because although some of the language is unencyclopedic, I don't think it meets WP:G11. At the same time, I don't think it's ready to be an article so I've moved it to Draft:Marissa Jay White-Quarles for you to work on and take advantage of more experienced users and their feedback at WP:AFC. You shouldn't move the draft back to article space on your own, but rather wait for the approval of the folk at AFC.--Bbb23 (talk) 12:33, 11 October 2021 (UTC)

Also, considering the lack of information on many Black women on academic levels, don't you think Wikipedia should change it's policies on "notable sources"? And if it's sooooo unencyclopedic (person who reported it) fix it yourself.
