Intraguard edit

Intraguard a system developed by the United States military to monitor the internet to excess information from large corporations mainframes. Jessie Vantura spoke of it on the Conspiracy theory a TV show here in the United states. It is also used as an listening de3vice which can excess anything with a radio frequency. The law enforcement here in the United States are now using it and are exactly committing crimes by not following proper procedures as a listening device on the general public. Here in the United states the law enforcement have to have probably cause and enough evidence to present it to a federal judge. Since 9 11 here in the United States the President at that time which was Bush let the states have the Department of Homeland Security's privileges which was really against the law . Federal and state are suppose to be separate and he broke the law and the guidelines in which our own Constitution warns us the citizens about. The law enforcement are scrambling the citizens cell phones here in the United States without any reason except to commit crimes. It gives them the excess to everyone's on line accounts and to any bank or financial institution such as Compass Partners which is our federal government loans for college . Our country has published how far the people that went to college have create a large debt but it because of internet crimes here in the United States. I for one William Earl Vinyard born May 5 1964 have evidence and know without any reasonably doubt that people have used my information and have also excess a world wide corporation server and stoled money that was taken from my check directly to pay the federal government. This is driven our country deeper in debt and the federal government tells the citizens that nothing is secure on the Internet yet they themselves push such information as our Social Security numbers and personnel information through the Internet, If it is not secure then why are they doing it jeopardizing the financial institutions of all forms

I was wondering how you knew about Rick Baxter, and was able to make edits to his wikipedia page. That page is highly regulated for some reason, and even truthful information that shows who he really is gets removed from it. For some reason, wikipedia moderators want people to think this guy is a honest, successful, and all around good person regardless of what the truth about him is. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jfurnas (talkcontribs) 14:40, 14 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
