When does my draft get approved?

Drafts are reviewed and accepted or declined depending on the volunteers. There's no set time-frame for that.

From the looks of the draft I'd say that's it's likely to get rejected, as it's a biography of a living person, and notability can be disputed.

It has been about a month since I submitted my draft, does it usually take more than that to get it approved or declined?

You didn't actually submit your draft for review. To do that, put {{subst:submit}} at the top. Copy from this page, don't include the "nowiki" and "tt" tags from the edit page.

Two things you should sort out first:

• There's something wrong with the image - I doubt if that's the one you meant to show.
• You should cut out the promotional language like "amazing" and "killer". An encyclopedia article is not a fansite and should not seem to be trying to "sell" its subject - see WP:NPOV.

I'm not sure he (yet) meets the quite demanding notability standard explained in WP:NACTOR, but you can see what the reviewer says about that.
