Thanks for edits on BB songs

edit

Hi and thanks for updating the chart names for the Adult Pop Airplay and Pop Airplay charts on the List of K-pop songs on the Billboard charts page. Great to have someone show so much attention and detail to the charts!

Just a question. You added (Twin Ver.) to "Cupid" for a few of the charts (Adult Pop Airplay, Hot 100 and Pop Airplay). But you did not change "Cupid" on these charts. I think I caught them all:

  • Billboard Global 200
  • Billboard Global Excl. U.S.
  • Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles
  • Canada CHR/Top 40
  • Canadian Digital Song Sales
  • Dance/Mix Show Airplay
  • Digital Song Sales
  • LyricFind Global
  • LyricFind U.S.
  • Radio Songs
  • Streaming Songs
  • World Digital Song Sales

I see at the Wikipedia page for Cupid (Fifty Fifty song) that the twin version is an English version. I also see that the Twin version was made popular on Tik Tok and on Spotify streams. But the WP page does not say which version charted. Also, the BB charts do not say which version it was. The BB charts usually list a particular version that charted.

I believe that you are probably correct that the Twin version was the one that charted on BB. But, since the Wikipedia song page does not say which version charted, and also, the BB charts themselves do not say which version charted........then maybe we should leave it simply as "Cupid"? Do you have a citation for which version charted on the individual charts?

I will go along with whatever you decide, if you are confident....but if you want to leave the (Twin ver.) only on three charts that you changed.....should you also add it to the charts you missed? Again, Welcome to Wikipedia and editing! Bonnielou2013 (talk) 08:34, 12 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Great job!

edit

Hi there! I was hoping you would have found your Talk Page and replied to my quesiton above. Anyway, great work on this week's (July 1) chart updates. I made a few changes and added an Edit Summary that you can read. Edit Summaries let other editors know why you made your edits. And, I will let you finish with Hot Trending Songs, when they come up on BB later today. I am so looking forward to someone taking over these weekly updates so that I will have time to do some other work on WP!!!! You did a great job! Thanks so much, Bonnielou2013 (talk) 19:48, 27 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Great save on Adult Contemporary chart!

edit

I saw your edit which saved the Adult Contemporary chart and I added the missing charting since then. It was me that listed the chart as possibly discontinued, which was my mistake. The url link to the chart was stuck on that date and I changed that, too. Hopefully it will link to the current date every week for the chart now. Good going! You are really looking the edits over! These chart updates really take more than one person, and over the years many editors have assisted with my mistakes! It's great to have you on board! And when you feel comfortable taking on all the charts, just let me know! Thanks again, Bonnielou2013 (talk) 12:42, 22 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
