Please do not replace File:Government_Seal_of_Bangladesh.svg with File:Seal_of_The_Government_of_Bangladesh.svg. There was no consensus to do so. File:Government_Seal_of_Bangladesh.svg is the standard version. We have been alawys using this version on wikipedia. Also do not add file like this.
