If one has been trained to write such content, or if one has spent some time writing such content, one may simply be blind to non-neutral phrases or styles.

A common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. Anything can be promoted, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc.

CV's/resumé's are by their nature promotional. Writing about oneself or any connected subject is discouraged as the connection can make objectivity difficult. Information on avoiding advocational content and common pitfalls is here and here, however be aware that these are not exhaustive.

New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. Continuing unacceptable editing

You appear to be here only for the purpose of using Wikipedia to publish a self-promotional page. Many people come to Wikipedia to do that, without realising that doing so is contrary to Wikipedia policy. Nobody can be blamed for acting contrary to policies and guidelines that they don't know about, and in most cases such people are told by more experienced editors that what they are trying to do is not acceptable, and they accept that, and desist from doing so. However, a smaller number of people, including you, persist with unacceptable editing after being informed of the relative policies and guidelines. To make sure that you fully understand the situation, please take careful note of the following.

• As you have already been told above, to be the topic of a Wikipedia article, a subject has to satisfy Wikipedia's notability guidelines. There is absolutely no evidence whatever that you satisfy them; if you wish to know why, then please read those guidelines, or at least the general notability guideline and Wikipedia:Notability (people).
• As you have already been told above, Wikipedia is not for writing about oneself, and creating an article or a draft article about oneself is strongly discouraged.
• Repeatedly creating pages which are unsuitable for Wikipedia takes up the time of other editors who have to keep dealing with them. Since that takes them away from other work for Wikipedia, the quality of the encyclopaedia suffers. To prevent such damage, any editor who edits in ways which are out of line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, and who continues to do so after being told about those policies and guidelines, is likely to be blocked from editing by an administrator. Please make sure that doesn't happen to you.

You are, of course, very welcome to start making contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, if you are interested in doing so, but if you are interested in writing a personal web page, then there are many web sites which provide that sort of service, but Wikipedia is not one of them.
