About Me I am an Army (RCA) brat. I graduated with a Bachelor of Military Arts and Sciences from Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario. I completed graduate studies in project management at George Washington University. I earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I have published on military history, alternative dispute resolution and public administration. I am currently a civilian employee of the Department of National Defence in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.
