Updating template map of Western Rly, Austria (Oct 2016) edit

I'm updating the template map used by English page article Western Railway (Austria). The map originates at Template:Western Railway (Austria).

Working from the German article hardcoded map at https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westbahn (Österreich) as it's more up-to date than the English template which is basically a 2009 layout and out of date for latest "new Western Railway" improvements. Also used http://www.oebb.at/infrastruktur/en/Servicebox/Brochures_and_Folders/2009_04_Wien_-_St._Poelten_englisch.pdf as information source for improving some old/new line references.

Neukirchen bei Lambach section: as parallel (instead of separated) lines. edit

Amended to parallel (not separated) lines, and reduced from 6 rows to 5 rows. The company isolated the branch-off and then upgraded the existing 2-track line to high speed running. They plan to complete the development by turning the stretch into a 4-track section of line, and the revised layout shows this more clearly than before.

Hubertendorf and Burgstaller Tunnel section edit

  • Overlaid disused stn on left curve of diverging parallel lines, saving a row.
  • Overlaid single marker on reconverging left curve (double marker gets part-hidden), saving another row.
  • Total reduction from 6 rows to 4 rows without loss of information, enabling the addition of 1 more row to whole (leaving just 1 line excluded as "over the limit").

147.230 chainage break nr. St. Peter in der Au edit

Saved a row by combining 2 markers (left line) from one row and curves (left/right lines) from second row. Overlaid single marker on reconverging left curve, as a double marker over the left curve gets part-hidden. Also saves 8 characters (158>150).

264,050 Vöcklamarkt: corrected station edit

Deutsch and English stn layouts differed, so checked on maps, using notably http://doris.ooe.gv.at/viewer/(S(rxara3sekl0fehbaoimzwyrw))/init.aspx?hotspot=alk%7cstadtplan%7c1%3a3000%7c71137%7c350696%7chotspot3.gif%7cHauptbahnhof&t=636136454470621135. The German lay6out is correct, except that the station layout is too wide. Now corrected.

54.445 Pottenbrun to 75.100 Rohr Junction (incl. St. Polten) enhanced edit

Enhanced/clarified connecting railway branch lines. Clarified Wigram junction (ie. it includes a through tunnel underneath, visible on Google map). The only "downside" of the enhancement is that it increases the text-volume (1425>1516 = 91 chars extra) so that I've got to drop a row from the whole again.
