Template talk:UK railway stations

The Category:Railway stations in the United Kingdom needs reform as its massively overpopulated. Once the subcats have been created this template will need to be altered, perhaps to have a parameter such that {{UKrailwaystations|}} would put it into [[category:Railway stations in {{{1}}}]] instead of the top level category.

I have made a suggestion as to which sub categories are needed at Category talk:Railway stations in the United Kingdom. Thryduulf 02:18, 27 November 2005 (UTC)

Add a break!

Ive seen a lot of articles that use this template and they all have things like this

{{LondonStations}}
  <!-- Provides a line break to prevent the UK Railway Stations infobox from touching the line above -->
{{UKrailwaystations}}

wouldnt it be much easier to just add a line break at the top of this template? BL Lacertae - kiss the lizard 05:02, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

The State of State?

What does the state parameter do? All three settings appear the same to me. Are there examples to view?--Dave F63 (talk) 21:19, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
