Unwanted subpages

As usual, the template page transcludes {{documentation}}, so has links to the usual template subpages /sandbox and /testcases. They are, of course, being used as general sandboxes by confused editors. I don't see an easy way to remove those links from the template page, but perhaps it doesn't matter too much. -- John of Reading (talk) 21:41, 10 March 2012 (UTC)

@John of Reading: That's pretty hacky. :^) I'm about to merge changes to {{documentation}} which will break this template's expectation. I might suggest using TemplateStyles instead from within the documentation subpage (with onlyincludes) to hide what will be .documentation-metadata for the bottom box and .documentation-startbox .mw-editsection-like for the edit links at the top. --Izno (talk) 02:44, 18 November 2020 (UTC)
