Fair use rationale for Image:Zvexlogo.jpg edit

Image:Zvexlogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This entry is written like a commercial and should be revised. The original author might spend a minute to think about the high prices, the meaning of boutique in the context of guitar amplifier and effects manufacturing (i.e. cheap one-transistor circuits beeing offered for > 200 $), and the attribute hand made and the fact that subassemblies, i.e. printed circuit boards are made in Taiwan. Please either use one of the WP: Policy templates or keep this kind of stuff to the talk page, as I have done for you.

Wikipedia is based on the ever-evolving contributions of each and every user, not just the original author. Common practice is to be bold and edit articles as you see fit, such as in the presence of POV-ed content, as you claim.

I'll agree that it does read slightly skewed from a neutral, fact-reporting point. Mainly in the language used, rather than any facts, however. One thing- the use of Taiwanese PCBs is specifically for the budget Vexter line, those products are not considered 'hand made' and are not hand painted as in the 'original' USA made pedals, still being made the same way.

This really isn't the place for a debate about the merits of 'boutique' products, simply information about one of the most well known practitioners in the biz. That said, I look forward to checking out your edits to the article.
