Daniel Seavey made it to the top 9 of American Idol, before being sent out on the day of his birthday. After this, he became severely depressed, and began to lose interest in things he would normally enjoy. He also became a victim of bullying. Libbygalloway (talk) 21:25, 27 January 2019 (UTC)

Daniel Seavey has a secret relationship with Heidi Cliff, a small town younger girl in West Virginia. They haven't talked in a while, but they are currently a secret trying-it-out relationship. Daniel Seavey believes in true love and loves to feel loved by others. He believes that even though Heidi Cliff is younger by seven years, she still caught him by surprise. Hopefully it will be official someday, but for now this is just a relationship near the edge of being made official. Fetusclifford (talk) 09:36, 20 February 2019 (UTC)

Songs

There most famous song, 8 letters, went viral. After this songs release and joining youtuber Logan Paul with his "disstracks" against his brother Jake Paul, their fan base called "Limelights" began to grow. In their first song released named "Taking You" Jack Avery sang the first line in the song which stated, "I need you in my life like limelight. Anywhere I go I'm Taking You." This is what fans used to retweet their fan base and name themselves "limelights." Their newest song, What Am I broke records and became number 1 on Apple Music within the first week of streaming. The 5 amazing singers accidentally released in an interview recently (today's date which is 9/12/19) that they are scheduled to release and album sometime within the following year. For now, the fans are able to enjoy their set music plan for this year. Every month this year Why Don't We is supposed to release a new song to please the fans. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yeyeye8 (talkcontribs) 01:29, 13 September 2019 (UTC)

change boy band to man band 70.91.235.73 (talk) 14:32, 18 October 2019 (UTC)

Not done - boy band is clearly the standard consensus term. It would take good reliable sourcing that Why Don't We was being referred to as a "man band" Nosebagbear (talk) 15:43, 18 October 2019 (UTC)

Hello, I would like to change the phrase "boyband" to "man-band" as Why Don't We has stated in numerous interviews that they are a "man-band". I hope you will consider this and change it. Thanks. TheLimelight-herron (talk) 18:24, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

That's not a very common word in English, we try to just follow common usage, or in other cicumstances, follow what wording secondary sources use. – Thjarkur (talk) 18:31, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

Hello, Please change "boyband" to "man-band" as it is what Why Don't We prefer (seeing as they have stated it in countless interviews). Yes, it is an unusual phrase however, it is what sets them apart from other bands. I along with all limelights around the world would highly appreciate it if you could make than change. Thank you for your help. TheLimelight-herron (talk) 18:38, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

As above, not common English. You'd need to point to some good independent sources which use this phrasing. – Thjarkur (talk) 18:45, 4 October 2020 (UTC)
