General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
  • Cited:
  • Interesting:
Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
QPQ: None required.

Overall:   @HenryTemplo: Interesting article! Exempt from QPQ, long enough, new enough, sourced and neutral. Earwig detects no issues, and the hooks are both cited and interesting. The only issue I have is simply that there is an entire section that is empty and is tagged as such. When you add that portion ping me and I'll approve the nomination.
