W.B. Mason logo image

User:CherryWind replaced the W.B. Mason company logo in the article claiming it was the 2015 version of it. However, it is the same logo, no difference. There's no reason to have identical logos. So the original file was kept and the new image was de-linked. --- Wikiklrsc (talk) 05:56, 15 April 2015 (UTC)

Disputing POV of article, WP:NOTADVERTISING

It is fairly obvious that this article was written by an employee of or agency working for W.B. Mason. As such, my dispute is based on WP:NOTADVERTISING.

Whoever wrote the article should not be using phrases like "wet the beak" which is traditionally employed when describing organized crime endeavors. Article rehabilitation

This article, not only clearly written to advertise, lacks a definite amount of sources, for a lot of info. I’ve made some edits to remove some material that either isn’t sourced, isnt from a neutral point of view, or is blatant advertisement. Leggomygreggo8 (talk) 02:31, 17 June 2018 (UTC)

Agreed. It's basically a corporate bio page, as one would find on a company website. The part about the Dairy Queen lawsuit, for instance, is irrelevant — unless one is trying to establish that 'we won' ... and the law firm is surely the firm that represented WB Mason.

Much of the text is simply vague ... when Greene is named 'Chairman' of the Board, the next sentence says he'd just been elected to it as well. It's unlikely he was named to the board at the same time. He was more likely already on the board, a member of it, as CEO or president, then succeeded by the new guy [as president] and elevated to Chairman.
