Disambiguation needed edit

Whether or not the French Voltigeurs are the primary usage, either this page or Voltigeur (disambiguation) is needed. Aside from Canadian Voltigeurs I've found ]https://www.google.co.th/search?q=%22British+Columbia+Voltigeurs%22&oq=%22British+Columbia+Voltigeurs%22&aqs=chrome.0.69i57j0l2j69i61.8125j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#fp=29cceaeceef68dd8&q=%22Victoria+Voltigeurs%22 citations from Metis history sites] for the Victoria Voltigeurs. Myself I think this title should be the dab page and Voltigeurs (France) or French Voltigeurs should be the new title of the content here, but maybe there's an argument as to why the Napoleonic troops should be the primary usage. True enough that Napoleon's troops were founded before the Canadian ones, but I'm not clear as to why that would make those in France the primary usage. In any case the Victoria Voltigeurs, aka Vancouver's Island Voltigeurs, which I think was their official name, now make this three titles and a dab page is needed, instead of just a hatnote. I may get to the Victoria/Vancouver's Island Voltigeurs page soon, unless someone else beats me to it. There's a photos of them out there somewhere, also.Skookum1 (talk) 07:56, 20 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

There is also the Voltigeur-class destroyer, of which there is the French destroyer Voltigeur. Parsecboy (talk) 14:47, 20 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Clearly we should create a disambiguation page. Why not go ahead and create it at the disambiguated title, before deciding which page goes where? -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 06:39, 22 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
