Contested deletion

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... (There was an Institute (of Medical Sciences) named U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Saifai, Uttar Pradesh. Now it is upgraded into an University named Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. The official website of U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, i.e. www.rimsnr.ac.in/ also changed its name into Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. The official language of the Uttar Pradesh is Hindi and at 6 June 2016, Amar Ujala, a leading Hindi newspaper's website published a news(link- http://www.amarujala.com/uttar-pradesh/etawah/rims-becomes-ayurvigyan-university) whose first line was "उप्र ग्रामीण आयुर्विज्ञान एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान अब उत्तर प्रदेश आयुर्विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय बन गया है।", where "उप्र ग्रामीण आयुर्विज्ञान एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान" means "U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research", "अब" means "now", "उत्तर प्रदेश आयुर्विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय" means "Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences" and "बन गया है" means "is become". The English translation of that first line is "U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is become Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences now." So please don't delete this page i.e. Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, a university formed at 5 June 2016 at Saifai, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India. As you've already been told when you tried this from two other accounts (both of which have now been blocked), we need to move the old page, and not create a second article at the correct name. Once this article is deleted, we can move the other article to the correct name. Until then, you're just creating extra unnecessary work for other editors. OnionRing (talk) 11:00, 8 July 2016 (UTC)
