Who is writing this entry? edit

The last paragraph reads "Our program extends to such distance destinations as Iceland, Japan and Chile." Based on the wording, it would seem that either the university itself is writing this entry, or that their text is being copied-and-pasted directly from their materials into Wikipedia. Is that not inconsistent with wiki guidelines?
