Blocking YouTube Videos for Copyright Issues edit

I suspect that most people who come to this article are trying to find out why a YT video has been blocked "in your country", so it might be reasonable to explain what UMPG's policy and rationale are. In my case, why would a publishing group based in California want their content blocked from other people such as myself who are in California.

Then again, if this is just YT being so arrogant as to decide on behalf of UMPG that certain parts of California are a foreign country, maybe that should be explained. Downstrike (talk) 23:13, 20 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
