Replaced old blue infobox with newest light blue ship infobox, added data as necessary.
Added new first paragraph defining ship's career.
Verified text with DANFS and then added information from Roosevelt's book, and then Wikified the whole thing, adding "see also", cat, ref, etc., etc.
