Video - Back Up Singer

edit

Who is the back-up singer who is now an actress? She is the one sitting on the right side of the screen towards the end of the clip when Madonna is on the park bench and they are talking. I know she is an actress now (or looks strickingly similar to one), but cannot put a name to the face. If you can help, please email me: nessybear1@xtra.co.nz

Thanks.

That would be Debi Mazar (only 3 years late) Casliber (talk · contribs) 07:39, 22 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

About the two videos...

edit

"The winners of MTV's Make My Video competition was Angel Garcia and Cliff Guest, whose submission was the US release."

Whaddya mean "US release"? weren't both versions (the homemade one and Madonna's video) seen in the U.S. when the song came out? Until there is a source for this, I'm changing it.

interesting things on youtube, now only if there were a reliable source...

car used

edit

the car used in the video is not a Mercedes but a 1956 Ford Thunderbird convertable —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.49.69.115 (talk) 00:03, 1 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

"Dear" is not an archaic love word.

edit

So why is it referred to as such a remarkable feature of the song, twice? It is commonly used in Britain, at least. Furthermore I'm not sure any use of the (American) English language qualifies as archaic since the US is such a young country.

That's your original research. The source used, Rikky Rooksby clearly mentions the usage of archaic word dear. Just because its still used in society by some, does not mean its not archaic Charlie. — Legolas (talk2me) 12:46, 16 September 2011 (UTC)|Reply

Video - 3rd & seemingly uncredited back up dancer

edit

So exactly who is the third and seemingly uncredited back up dancer in the Madonna "True Blue" video? I am referring to the very cute young lady with the dark hair who is dancing along with the credited and slightly taller back up dancers Erika Belle and Debi Mazar. Bee Cliff River Slob (talk)
