Why are Ride and Shred considered "spin-offs"?
editThese are "main" games in the series. They were developed by Robomodo (the primary developers of the series after Neversoft) and released for all three major seventh generation home consoles (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii). I can't find any evidence that they are "spin-offs" of the series, and I don't remember them ever being described as such. Jericho735 Jericho735 (talk) 15:56, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
Orphaned references in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Commercial Failure Source
editThe wiki says that this game was a "commercial failure" but I can't find any sources that says it was.Poke990 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 01:27, 12 April 2020 (UTC)

Comments
- "the first traditional entry " what does that mean in this context?
- Done it means it is the first main entry, e.g. not a spin-off. changed it to main entry--DasallmächtigeJ (talk) 21:54, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
- "8GB patch" I would link this, indeed I would link both elements of it, the size and the "patch".
- "a great deal" -> "considerably"
- Done--DasallmächtigeJ (talk) 21:54, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
- " cause no points to be awarded"" -> "attain no points"
- "previous entries" do you mean "previous games in the series"?
- What is "branching"?
- "10 levels, albeit only seven"' ten/seven or 10/7. I'd go former.
- Link power-up.
- "Characters in bold are new to the series" fails ACCESS as some people will find it hard to see that, use a symbol instead/as well as.
- Letícia has a diacritic missing.
- Notes referenced?
- the informations are referenced in the text above, but if you want to I can make references.--DasallmächtigeJ (talk) 21:54, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
- "Pro Skater 4 ." spare space.
- """Robomodo had consulted with some former Neversoft " both overlinked.
- "accessible. Essentially, " I would put a colon here rather than a full stop.
- "was panned heavily by critics upon release" overlinked.
- " being panned by critics upon release" followed by "was panned heavily by critics upon release" repetitive, plus the first of the two is unreferenced.
- You don't mention release dates/platforms in the prose, is that normal? You don't link Xbox One or PS4 in the reception section...
- " of NPCs were" explain this before using an abbreviation.
- "newly adjusted" hyphenated.
- GameSpot is overlinked but first time it's not in italics, second time it is in italics...
- "framerate" or "frame rate"?
- "objective was completed." ref?
- "obvious at every turn"." ref?
- Ref 44 title has a spare n, no?
- Ref 19 v ref 25 Gamespot formatting...
- Ref 22 publisher/website?
- Same for refs 36 to 39.
- Done I'm not sure whether they are reliable or not, I didn't put them in the article. However, both could easily be replaced--DasallmächtigeJ (talk) 22:34, 8 March 2021 (UTC).
- Some websites/publishers not referenced, why?
- "Video games developed in Romania" not mentioned in the article.
- Not done Fun Labs is a Romanian developer, they are in the infobox.
- In that case, Fun Labs should really be mentioned in the prose, along with their Romanian roots, as that's not at all obvious to the readers. The Rambling Man (Stay alert! Control the virus! Save lives!!!!) 09:54, 9 March 2021 (UTC)

That's all for now, on hold. The Rambling Man (Stay alert! Control the virus! Save lives!!!!) 16:39, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
