General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

  • Adequate sourcing:   - Is the Coconut Grove BID a reliable source?
  • Neutral:   - the building was an eyesore should probably be attributed inline?
  • Free of copyright violations, plagiarism, and close paraphrasing:
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
  • Cited:
  • Interesting:
QPQ: Done.

Overall:   Nice work, Sammi Brie! Couple of things to iron out, and I proposed an ALT0a and ALT2a. theleekycauldron (talkcontribs) (she/they) 03:00, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • @Theleekycauldron: 0a and 2a are undeniable improvements. Made requested copy changes and turned up some construction materials from 1968. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 03:21, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
    • Thanks!   good to go with ALTs 2a, 0a, and 1 (by preference order). theleekycauldron (talkcontribs) (she/they) 03:27, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
      • I don't see ALT2a in the article. It says, "In 2017, journalist Roben Farzad wrote a book, Hotel Scarface: Where Cocaine Cowboys Partied and Plotted to Control Miami, on the hotel's heyday, recalling the years when it was a "criminal free-trade zone" and the leading seller of Dom Pérignon in the world." in reference to "cocaine cowboys". ALT2a is currently original research and what I planned on promoting. SL93 (talk) 01:26, 6 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
