"Plant-based meat, dairy, and eggs" edit

This phrase is currently in the lead, but it has a clarification tag. I agree with the tagger that this is jargon, but what's a better alternative? It could have a parenthetical explanation, such as "(this refers to products made from plants that have similar culinary features as animal-based products)," but that seems cumbersome. It could also say instead "plant-based meat, dairy, and egg alternatives," but the origin-definition is not the one organizations like GFI are using when they say this. There's unfortunately not a dictionary definition of "plant-based meat" that we can default to. I mildly favor the parenthetical solution, but I'm not really sure.
