editDoes anyone one else disagree with this being labeled as crunk? Please post your thoughts.
Yeah, outside of the song "Got Money," the album has few if any crunk influences. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.163.166.168 (talk) 20:30, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Reception section
editsince this was an important album in hip-hop it should have a reception section since it has many reviews like most other important hip-hop albums. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.101.122.31 (talk) 23:05, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Tha Carter III (Re-release)
editLil Wayne has mentioned to MTV about re-releasing C3, but calling it "Tha Carter III: The Rebirth".
http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1597409/20081018/lil_wayne.jhtml http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1597594/20081021/lil_wayne.jhtml http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1597681/20081022/lil_wayne.jhtml
Wayne says it won't include any of the same tracks but he hopes to include discarded tracks from C3 such as "Eat You Alive" w/ Ludacris and all of the "A Milli" versions.
Should "Tha Carter III: The Rebirth" have it's own page, or should it be included on "Tha Carter III" page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.67.128.3 (talk) 19:55, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
Subjective Opinion in Wikipedia Articles
editThe opening paragraph of the background section points out, accurately, that Tha Carter 3's cover echoes Nas' Illmatic and Notorious B.I.G.'s Ready to Die. It then goes on to say, however, that, "this album isn't nearly as good as either of those two albums."
I'm not quite sure what this is doing in here, but as the article is protected I cannot remove it. I'm not quite sure how to get it removed, either. Certainly some people might argue that point, but even if it were definitively agreed upon, personal opinion does not have a place in these articles. It's subjective and unfounded. - Removed. Thanks for pointing it out. SE KinG (talk) 06:25, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
To add to the subject opinions part, "a very rare feat for a rap album. " in the first paragraph. Says who? Define rare, or don't say this.
