(I plan to add a minimum of 200 words of significant actions that Romer did for Polish Jewish refugees in the early 1940's. This includes his creation of the "Polish Committee to Aid the Victims of War’, smuggling refugees in a prisoner exchange and negotiating on behalf of the refugees to foreign diplomats. My information was found in the article, Stopped in flight: Shanghai and the Polish Jewish refugees of 1941, which is published in the academic journal, Holocaust Studies. If anyone wants to comment on these changes, please let me know on this Talk Page or on my Talk Page.) (Jackcartwheel (talk) 00:23, 18 November 2019 (UTC))Reply
