Following an unexplained anonymous reversion, I have unreverted the article to my last edit because the local authority area column has been checked against official data released under OS OpenData under a CC-by 3.0 compatible licence by Ordnance Survey. I have added a ref to this in the first data row, and included a copyright notice in accordance with the licence.
See Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Maps#OS OpenData for discussion about compatibility of OS OpenData with Wikipedia. In view of the novelty of explicitly including this data for textual (rather than graphical) content, and the apparent need to include a copyright statement, I invite comment.
