The result of the move request was: Consensus to move Sułkowski → Sułkowski family. No consensus on whether the resultant page Sułkowski should redirect to Sułkowski family or be a {{surname}} disambiguation page. I suggest the nominator creates an RFD for the page Sułkowski to gain consensus on that matter, however the consensus that "family" should be appended to the title of the article about the noble family is clear.
