Named after...?

edit

Which of the many Sibleys in America was this named after? Valetude (talk) 23:53, 4 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

History?

edit

Reads like a blurb from Hopkins PR Department.

Doesn't a hospital founded in the 1890s have ANY history? Mjmarcus (talk) 15:25, 16 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Logo?

edit

First, let me join the voices that say it's terrible to omit all past history of this hospital including the "Sibley" person for whom it is named, and include only CURRENT information. Second, the old logo with the cross of red (leaning a bit towards magenta/berry/fuchsia) with the four initials "W", "C", "S", and "D on its arm seems to be impossible to trace to a source where its appearance is a good assurance that this really is an older logo of this hospital. What do the four initials stand for? I was born there. While it therefore seems probable that the four initials "W", "C", "S", and "D" stand for "Where Christopher Simpson Debuted", there are other possible explanations that, though unlikely as stacked against their inevitable impulse to brag about their contribution to the world and the improvement of Wikipedia through me, might actually turn out to be true.2600:1700:6759:B000:E894:BFCC:705D:880 (talk) 22:32, 18 July 2024 (UTC)Christopher Lawrence SimpsonReply
